Role overview
A licensed financial institution is seeking a Head of Compliance to take full ownership of its regulatory framework and act as approved MLRO, working closely with the board and the regulator.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AML/CFT framework end to end
- Act as approved MLRO and primary regulator contact
- Lead regulatory reporting and inspections
- Build and coach a compliance team of six
Key requirements
- MFSA-approvable for MLRO
- Strong AML/CFT technical depth
- Experience managing regulatory inspections
- Excellent written English
