Role overview
Our client is a well-established, multi-licence operator entering a period of structured expansion. The Group Finance Director will hold full ownership of reporting, controls and commercial partnership with the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities
- Own consolidated group reporting across four entities
- Lead treasury, cash flow and banking relationships
- Partner with commercial leadership on pricing and margin
- Develop and mentor a finance team of twelve
Key requirements
- Qualified accountant with group-level experience
- Multi-jurisdiction consolidation exposure
- Regulated industry background, ideally iGaming or financial services
- Fluent English
